“Conquering” ALL the roller coasters!

Ever since we came home from Silver Dollar City the last time, Daniel and Hannah have been talking about going on Wildfire. Richard and I were fed up with hearing about it so when we went to SDC on Friday we told them that the first ride was going to be Wildfire so that they got the obsession out of their systems! They LOVED it! Caleb would have gone on also but he is not tall enough yet. Wildfire goes upside down 5 times! Richard went on with them once:

Don’t you just LOVE the color of the sky? It has been fabulous weather for the last few days. At last, we do not have to have the woodstove on when we get home. Yes, up until now, every time we have gone home we have had to light the fire again. We have never had such a cool spring down here since we lived here! BUT back to the original subject of this blog post 🙂 Of course when the kids got back to the campsite, the staff and other kids told them they now had to try Outlaw Run, the big wooden roller coaster that has a 81°, 162ft drop and is the second fastest wooden coaster in the world. They also agreed to try the Giant Barn Swing which goes up at a greater than 90° angle! AAGH! Here they are getting ready – best photo I got before they went WAY up in the air.

SO this weekend I think they have conquered the remaining few rides at SDC! Nothing stopping them now!
