Downtown Cleveland with Caleb
Wednesday afternoon Caleb and I left Richard home to rest whilst we took a trip to downtown Cleveland. It was an absolutely GORGEOUS afternoon. Caleb wanted to visit the Cleveland Browns football stadium but was pretty impressed on our way there with the height of the buildings in the city center!
Of course having the Dually (truck) always makes parking a bit of a challenge in cities. The stadium is right on the lake. Thankfully, this time of year there are not many people around so we were able to park along the road. The stadium was all shut up, but at least we were able to walk all the way around it and he can now say he has been there. (He is very much a Chiefs fan but told us this morning that he now only has 26 more stadiums to see/visit! LOL!)
Next to the stadium is the Great Science Center so we walked over there. I LOVED the fact that they didn’t ask for an entrance fee as you walked in the door! We actually walked up the 3 flights of stairs looking around and then went outside to the harbor before coming back in and paying to go into the exhibit side. Caleb had a blast!
Fun afternoon building fun memories.
Love, Liz
