Lynnville Park, IN – What a gem!

Saturday we traveled from Ohio, cutting the corner of Kentucky, and on into Indiana on I64. We camped at Lynnville Park in Lynnville. What a gem of a park! It is beside a lake and there are a couple of great trails. If you are a serious hiker, the Tecumseh Trail (44 miles) passes right by it.

We took Sunday off from driving so Richard & I hiked one of the trails after breakfast. Truly beautiful and SO peaceful. After watching church, we took Caleb and Hovis on the next walk. All in all Richard walked 2 1/2 miles! He hasn’t been able to do that in a LONG time so is realizing now that his mitral valve must have been going bad for quite some time.

Monday found us back on the road heading to Sullivan, MO. Whilst Branson was getting snow and we had to close the store, we were driving along in mostly blue skies!
