Here’s wishing you all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS. We trust your day was a good one. Now that we can cook a turkey here in the fifth wheel we stayed at home to enjoy a quiet day. Michelle joined us and we enjoyed Roast Turkey and all the trimmings for lunch. Richard tried a new recipe from New Zealand for his Christmas Pudding this year and it was good. I made a chocolate pecan pie so we enjoyed the sweeter stuff for tea after a savory lunch.

The gifts this year were all well received and appreciated. We are SO blessed. We continue to keep the number of gifts down to prevent certain ones getting overwhelmed. With no melt downs today it has certainly been more peaceful. The boys spent most of the afternoon out in the woods with their new Nerf guns and the boys next door who are wintering here at Treasure Lake. Tomorrow, friends that we normally see in the summer are coming for a few days so that will be fun. Most of all we are truly grateful for our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, who is the true reason for the season.

Blessings to you all,

Liz and crew
